5.1 Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except as required by law or in cases of:

• Incorrect items delivered
• Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally by sending a written notice to info@releafclub.com.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Releaf Club regarding the Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
